Each item is hand-packed with care and attention, and then sent to you.

Your order will be delivered by DPD or Royal Mail. You will be notified when your order is despatched.

Refund & Exchange

Please note that we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on our items the reason is that they are unique hand-crafted items and many of them are one-off. Our products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly.

The item must be returned in its original packaging for protection. Indeed we will not be able to proceed with a refund should the item be damaged during the return shipping.
